The hype-filled first half of 2022
As we release a new edition every Monday, we had a total of 52 editions posted in 2022. Out of the 26 editions we shared within the first half of the year, 3 came up on top as the Readers’ Favorites based on total views.

Ever-so-relevant to today’s climate, the most viewed Monday Mavens edition in the first half of 2022 was our May 9th edition titled “All the work boosts you need to supercharge and start off on the right foot after a break”.
In it, we talked about reassessing where you are in the growth process of your career—whether your work feels slow, exciting, or predictable, and working your confidence muscle to get back on your productivity track.
— 2nd Place
The runner-up for this category goes to our June 20th edition titled “Cultivating the perfect thank you note”. This simple skill proved to be pivotal to productivity especially in the workplace.
To sum it up, we shared the 5 do’s to make your thank you note feel like a strong virtual handshake, the right elements and timing to serve it as a golden CRM tool, and the 5 don’ts to keep it as a bridge to your next opportunity.

As you read through the edition, you will find 4 common fears that could cause the Upper Limit Problem, 5 common behaviors that could be seen as symptoms of it, and the 4 ways to manage it, including choosing to live in your “Zone of Genius”.
