🎁 Highlight Reel: The 5th Monday Mavens Community Edition!
Most viewed articles, top clicks, and all the topics our community has been loving.
Once in a while, we at Monday Mavens like to spice things up a little. As an appreciation for our readers who have been reading and sharing insights from our weekly editions, we created our special Community Editions.
It is a way for us to show our community of readers which insights they’ve found to be the most useful and intriguing, and let you in on the hot topics and the top hits of Monday Mavens.
Covering the taboos
If you’ve been a subscriber for a while, you know that we are not one to shy away from uncomfortable topics. That is not without a reason. Our readers have proven time and time again their interests in learning more about less-talked about topics such as guilt, emotional manipulation, and adversity among others.
This video by Satu Persen - Indonesian Life School on the topic of “Guilt Trip” received the most clicks among all links featured in the past 3 months of Monday Mavens editions.
It was a tie, actually. This article—which features a condensed version of an AQ (Adversity Quotient) test, was up there with the Guilt Trip video as the most visited link from recent Monday Mavens editions.

We’re all in this together
The Monday Mavens edition with the highest open rate among our last 12 releases goes to our most recent one: Ready to get back to the office?
It seems that we’re all having some sort of worry about reverting back to life before the pandemic, especially at work. In this edition, we shared the neurobiology effects of isolation, things to do if you feel anxious about going back to the office, and what leaders can do to manage their team’s worries during the transition.
If you’re one of the many who have read the edition, did you find it helpful? If you still worry, know that many others do too. We got this!
Re-evaluating your life, literally
How many times have we felt the need to re-evaluate our life choices when faced with hard consequences? We might have thought it, but never actually knew how to do it.
The Monday Mavens edition on the topic of Occupational Identity came on top as our most popular from the past 3 months. In it, we introduced a Values Clarification Exercise which includes rating the things you value the most and evaluating your current and future choices based on values with the highest ranks.
Have you tried the talk-of-the-town exercise yet? Read the full article here and let us know what your top 3 values are in the comments below!
Help us get the good word around by sharing Monday Mavens to your friends, colleagues, family, neighbors, and those you value the most—and take part in their personal growth, too!
We’ll see you with a full edition next week.
