The guide to career acceleration
The first years of your career determine the projection of what it would look like in the the next 10 to 20 years. This period is critical, hence why Zain Kahnāwho has grown 5 products to 8 million+ users in 3 years including in KPMG and Nestle, created his own guide of 11 career principles that would help accelerate your career:
Hard work is overrated, consistency is underrated.
Optimize for learning over salary and role.
Goals are just dreams, habits make them a reality.
Pick a company in a growing industry.
Build skills that are rarely found together.
You gain confidence after doing something hard - not before.
Work is the local maximum, life is the global maximum.

The elimination key
Ryan Breslow, Founder and CEO of Bolt, has shared his productivity secret which has helped him run 4 major companies and countless side gigs: the process of removal. In his Twitter thread that has received over 8,000 likes, he breaks down the areas we can maximize by elimination:
Snacking on work. Itās incredibly easy to āwork and chillā. When you have a pile of tasks, donāt do them while watching Netflix or other forms of media. This will save you 5-10 hours per week.
Small talk. People love to chit chat: a little is great, but a lot is a waste. Turn 60-min meetings into 30-min ones, 30 into 15, and full-on dinners into quick coffees. This will save you around 5-10 hours a week.
Perpetual phone use. Have certain hours of the day designated to bulk reply to messages. When you're not on 24/7, your network stops messaging you 24/7. This saves up to 15 hours of your week.
Unnecessary fitness. Fitness can take forever. Work like a lion; also workout like a lion. Save 10 hours/week by doing 20 mins of high intensity cardio and 30 mins of yoga every day, totaling to less than 1 hour of workout daily.
Easy-to-outsource tasks. Whatever you can afford to outsource, do it. Anyone you can pay to do the tasks for you at a lower rate, do so. Consider also delegating your tasks better. This will help you save up to 5 hours each week.
